一、职位名称:Product Manager

 

二、主要工作职责:

1 .Plan and execute an annual BU marketing plan tailored to each customer

   category: industrial, wholesalers, retailers and end-users to achieve targets.

2. Effective Product/Portfolio management on individual BU.

3. Product Launches:  lead the formulation of marketing strategy, as well as the

   execution of new product introductions, including definition of company’s value

   proposition, positioning, and addressable user segments.

4. Develop effective, targeted and integrative communication program/tools to

   grow trial and loyalty including one-to-one, online, technical seminars, PR and

   Innovation Center.

5. Work with sales and R&D team to develop customer marketing program for large

   accounts.

6. Establish effective marketing intelligence system for development of business

   plan related to individual BU.

7. Develop and grow the individual BU team.

 

8. 三、任职要求和条件:

1. Education: Becholor or above perferably in marketing.

2. Experience: at least 5 years in product marketing prefarably both in b-t-c and

   b-t-b food industry related business.

3. Technical knowledge/skill: Good command of MS office esp. power point and

   excel. Good presentation skill and customer marketing skill.

4. Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken, fluent in

   Cantonese and Mandarin.

5.Soft skill: Good interpersonal skill.
